📦 Shipping Policy – Flash Detail

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) are processed the next business day.

  • Please note that weekends (Saturday–Sunday) and public holidays are not considered business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following delivery options:

DHL Express (Next Business Day Delivery)

  • Delivery time: 1 business day after order processing.

  • Available for most EU countries and some non-EU countries

  • Example: An order placed on Thursday after 12:00 will be processed on Friday and delivered on Monday (as Saturday and Sunday are not business days).

Packeta (Standard EU Delivery)

  • Delivery time: 2–6 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Available in most European countries.

Other Carriers

  • In some cases, we may use alternative shipping partners to ensure faster or more reliable service.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Flash Detail.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination.

  • Express shipping fees (such as DHL Next Day) are non-refundable if delivery is delayed due to reasons outside our control (e.g., courier delays, incorrect/incomplete address, customer not available).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

  • Flash Detail is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for non-EU deliveries)

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Flash Detail has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Please note that investigations may take several days, depending on the courier.
