CHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL DECONTAMINATION KIT

The chemical and mechanical decontamination kit is designed for the effective cleaning of a vehicle’s exterior surfaces by combining a chemical decontamination solution with a mechanical decontamination solution. When used correctly, this kit removes metallic contaminants, brake dust, industrial fallout, tar, and other impurities embedded in the clear coat that cannot be removed through regular washing, leaving the surface clean, smooth, and ready for the next detailing stages.

Directions for use:

After thoroughly washing the vehicle, ensure the surface is cool and protected from direct sunlight. While the surface is still wet, shake the Iron Remove container well and spray the product evenly onto the paintwork or wheels. Allow it to dwell for 2–4 minutes without letting it dry. Upon contact with metallic particles, the solution will react visibly by changing color, indicating the dissolution of contaminants. Once the reaction is complete, rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of water.

After rinsing, proceed with mechanical decontamination using the clay towel. Spray a dedicated clay lubricant or a quick detailer onto the wet surface, or apply dense active foam and, without fully rinsing, gently glide the clay towel over the well-lubricated surface without applying pressure. Continue until the surface feels smooth to the touch, then rinse thoroughly with water and clean the towel after use.

Do not use the products on dry surfaces, do not apply excessive pressure, and do not allow the solutions to dry on the vehicle’s surface.
